Resolved

We previously experienced degraded performance in data tracking and temporary disruptions in the functionality of our tool. The issue was caused by a service disruption at our cloud provider, which affected system stability and data processing.

The incident has since been resolved, and full functionality has been restored. We are continuing to monitor the systems to ensure ongoing stability and are working with our provider to prevent similar issues in the future.
